Simply register or transfer a domain name to Crazy Domains and you will instantly become a member. Then all you need to do is move up the ranks! The more domains you buy, the higher you soar, it's so easy.

As you climb higher you'll get more Crazy benefits that can be tracked through your account manager at any time, so you can see what you've earned and where you have to go!

How do I redeem my domain discounts?

Your VIP discounts can be applied to non-sale items when you are logged in to your account manager. If a Crazy sale item has a bigger saving than your discount you will always receive the best possible price.

How do I retrieve domain club rewards?

Your amazing rewards are available right away in your account as you earn them. Watch out for emails letting you know you've levelled up!

Is my domain club status automatically updated?

Absolutely! Your status is automatically updated when you buy more domains. You can check on it any time in your account manager.

Will the rewards (e.g., Traffic Booster, Premium DNS, etc.) be free for the entire duration of my membership?

The rewards are only free of charge for one year. They can be renewed at their regular price after the said period.

Can I transfer my products to another domain?

Yes, you can transfer your products to another domain via our support team for a fee. Contact them here.

Do I get multiple units of Traffic Booster and Premium DNS as I rank up?

No, you only get 1 unit of Traffic Booster and Premium DNS as you achieve each rank. For instance, when you upgrade from an Executive membership to Premium, you’ll only get a Premium DNS on top of your existing Traffic Booster.
