Why Is There a Maximum File Size
The purpose of setting a maximum file size is to prevent your business’s users from wasting mail server resources, which can cause the network to slow down. In this way, you’re able to seamlessly enjoy the service at its full capacity.
What Are the Other Options
We advise you to use file hosting services like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox; which lets you upload files and generate sharing links that you can copy and paste in your emails. If you have a free account with them, you get a free space of 15GB, 5GB, or 2GB, respectively. And if you need more space, you always have the option to upgrade to their paid versions.
You can also increase your Mailbox Plan storage. Contact your organisation’s Admin, or if you’re the Admin, see our How to Change Mailbox Plan guide.
