Your Questions, Our Answers
Can a partner setup individual accounts for members?
The program is meant to serve the needs of retail partners by rewarding bulk purchases with substantial cost savings. It is not recommended that individual accounts be set up on this program.
If consumers would like to sign up individually for their domains and other services, partners can advise them to apply for individual accounts at www.crazydomains.ph.
Can the web developer transfer ownership/ control of the domain/ hosting during the term of agreement?
Yes they can. Crazy domains will honour the agreement until the duration ends after which the owner of the website will have to apply/ renew domains and hosting plans under consumer plans. Example, the website owner signs an agreement with a web developer for 2 years for domains and hosting however after 1 year, the website owner insists on taking over domains and hosting. The web developer will have to inform the website owner to sign up an individual account but Crazy Domains will honour the privileged price until the term duration is up.
How long does the partnership program last?
Indefinitely, as long as there is demand in the market. Crazy Domains reserves the right to amend the program and will inform partners of changes ahead of time.
What’s the offer for those with existing partnership with other providers?
The Crazy Domains Partner Program is a non exclusive program, partners are welcome to maintain their current partnerships with prior programs.
Can a web developer pay upfront a stipulated amount in order to be issued credits which can then be drawn down with purchases on Crazy Domains?
The program is a “pay as you use” format and we would not want partner’s funds to be tied up. Hence we do not recommend a pre-paid credit format.
I am a web developer and have purchased domains and hosting from another provider, can I transfer these under my account at Crazy Domains?
Yes you may do this, however only the renewal discount applies.
